Karen, the owner, is a gracious and kind lady. She remembers her customers and treats them on a very personal level. Her technician, Nick, was very helpful explaining all of the error codes and what the repairs would cost. He even suggested for me to get a 2nd opinion before agreeing to complete a large job. Empire Autohaus provides excellent work and excellent customer service at very reasonable prices for luxury vehicles. Dalton and Alan are pleasant and patient techs and were extremely helpful in explaining all the complexities of my new Audi. I highly recommend Empire Autohaus and will definitely be back when the next service is needed
