EXPERIENCE:

Management of daily operations, keeping the books, contracts, organization, advertising.....Karen has one of the most demanding jobs. She is also a big fan of the Mercedes, BMW's and sports cars we service, but more than that Karen is interested in people and brings a genuine warmth to the daily interactions at Empire Autohaus.
Karen brings experience in customer service, management and assisted in the coordination of Alfa Romeo's CART racing events in the 1990's.

When Alfa departed from the U.S. market, Karen went to work as Office Manager for Vitas Hospice in California. Years later, moving to Alabama with her husband, Karen worked as a Marketing Coordinator for Atrion Medical Products in Birmingham, Alabama.

Karen is originally from Midland, Michigan and graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Communications degree and a minor in Management.

Karen will greet you with warmth and sincerity you have not seen or experienced in an Automotive Establishment!
