Our mission is to delight our customers. Whether their car is a Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Acura, VW, Ferrari, Rolls Royce , MG, Triumph, Jeep, Mazda, Mini, or even a mini-van, if it is a vehicle from one of our customers who appreciates our work on their European or Asian luxury or sports car and wants someone they trust to take care of all their cars, we are there for them!
We know the customer is what matters and the vehicle is an extension of them. No matter the marque, we strive to bring satisfaction through exceptional service, honest and understandable pricing and work performed in a timely manner.
All aspects that are possible to know about the work to be done are to be agreed upon by both customer and Empire Autohaus after the initial inspection. At that time we will discuss with you the scope of work, costs and timeline before further work commences.
The initial inspection costs one hour labor - $75.00, and is applied to any repairs chosen. The inspection only costs $75 if the customer takes the car, chosing not to repair it at that time. Even so; one half of that charge will be applied to a repair within 10 working days from the date of inspection.
